Eggs & Squash. Yes please!

Today's breakfast ...

... and boy was it good!
Scrambled eggs and lots of squash.
More squash then egg which is
definitely NOT a bad thing.

This is all I did:

Peel outside of squash (like a potato)
Clean out the seeds then cut into bite size pieces.
Saute squash in a little olive oil and garlic pepper.
Add two eggs (please crack them first) heeeee
Scramble in the pan until eggs are cooked.
Feel free to add a little more garlic pepper
once you put the eggs in. I did and they were FANTASTIC.
